- Town Planner / Urban Planner: Should be an Undergraduate in Civil Engineering from Reputed University and postgraduate in Urban Planning/Town Planning/Regional Planning. b. Should have at least 7 years of work experience in urban planning. c. Should have mandatory education/training and working knowledge in GIS and AutoCAD. d. Should have experience in development of mobility plans, master plans, (GIS based Master Plan is desirable) etc.
