Grade A (Assistant Manager) – Risk Management
Qualifications :
- A full-time graduate or postgraduate degree in any field, or professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CS, FRM (or equivalent), CMA, MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM from an Indian university or institute recognized by AICTE, UGC , or the government.
Experience :

- No prior experience required.
Grade A (Assistant Manager) – Risk Management (Postgraduate Focus)
Qualifications :
- A full-time postgraduate degree in finance, commerce, economics, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, mathematical statistics, CA, CFA, FRM (or equivalent), MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM from an Indian university or institute recognized by the government , UGC, or AICTE.
- A diploma in data science, data analytics, business analytics, or data statistics is preferred.
Experience :

- At least two years of post-qualification experience in fields related to pensions or the financial sector, particularly focusing on investment management, treasury management, or risk management.
Grade B (Manager) – General Qualifications
Qualifications :
- A full-time postgraduate degree in any field, or professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CS, FRM (or equivalent), CMA, MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM from an Indian university or institute recognized by AICTE, UGC, or the government.
Experience :

- A minimum of four years of post-qualification experience at the officer level in pension or financial sectors, or expertise in fields like law, finance, economics, accounting, statistics, administration, or any other field beneficial to the Trust.
Grade B (Manager) – Human Resources
Qualifications :
- A full-time Master’s degree, Post Graduate degree, or Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or its equivalent, for at least two years, from a government-, UGC-, or AICTE-approved institution.
Experience :

- At least four years of post-qualification officer-level experience in managing a variety of HR tasks, ideally in the public or government sector.
Grade B (Manager) – Risk Management
Qualifications :
- A full-time postgraduate degree in finance, commerce, economics, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, mathematical statistics, CA, CFA, FRM (or equivalent), MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM from an Indian university or institute recognized by the government , UGC, or AICTE.
