• Lab Technician Gr. III – 1. 12th Pass 2. Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology Course (One year duration) any institution recognized by the DME 3. Must have a Excellent vision and capacity, good physique to do outdoor work
• Mid-Level Health Provider (MLHP) – Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (G.N.M)/ B.Sc., (Nursing)
• Multi-Purpose Health Worker (HI Gr.II) – 12th with Biology / Botany and Zoology. SSLC (10th) pass with Tamil language as a subject. * Must possess 02 Years Health Inspector / Multi-Purpose Health Worker(Male) /Sanitary Inspector Course training.

Age Limit

• For all Categories – 32 years
• Differently Abled – 42 years
• Ex-Service Men – 50 years
• Destitute Widow – No age limit
